Yeberlin’s background is in Telecommunication Engineering. She has been with Laser 2000 since 2018 and currently supports our University customers in the Networks Team.
Yeberlin also supports our Account Managers James and Mike while they are visiting customers.
She also enjoys baking!
Key Account Manager
With over 40 years of experience in the telecoms market, Andy has worked with most technologies.
Starting as a Marconi Engineer designing fibre optic solutions and thermal imaging cameras, he then moved into sales. Andy has experience in nearly all telecom technologies, including testing of Mobile Networks / Fibre / Wi-Fi / Transport and Voice Quality.
In his spare time he is a Grandad and a golfer.

Account Manager
James’ background was originally in Physics and Astrophysics, he then moved across into the field of Networks and Telecommunications. He joined Laser 2000 in 2012 and is an expert on optical transport solutions, PON networks and fibre test equipment; working mainly with Carriers, Operators and FTTH providers in the UK in a technical field sales capacity.
With a keen interest in Rugby and a member of CAMRA, he is our go to guy on what makes a good beer good!
MPhys
Account Manager
Ben joined Laser 2000 in 2018. His physics background provided the technical knowledge that allowed him to transition into telecommunications.
Ben works with Operators and FTTH providers in the UK, providing bespoke solutions throughout the network.
He is also Laser 2000’s resident squash champion.
